A single concept from the Selling Retail Series Audio Archives © and references to "The Roadmap" inspired my rebranding adventure to transform SRI's Sales Education System from audio tapes and print binders into scalable fully immersive experiences (BE-SETS, BE-SEP1 & 2, and UA-MM).

 

This system overhaul included comprehensive sales, management, & store/chain training & onboarding programs + policies/procedures.

From quick interactive for RoadMap checkins and waypoints to VR-360 immersive experiences of applied practice, from logos to videos, I completely overhauled the look, feel, and systems scalability strategy of SRI's Enablement & Onboarding programs.

Virtual roadmap turns salespeople into professionals in the business of selling & Managers into mentors

My first attempt at 2D animation and VR 360 Walkthroughs yielded great results-literally walking around the city, stopping to learn along Your Road to Selling Success!

It starts with an online roadmap (in an LMS). From there, you travel to your courses, resources, and toolkits. From manager as mentor onboarding training to enablement levels 1-3, from policy handbooks to "during the sale" quick-references -- I developed a way to house a system that supports varied types of training needs - and a built-in method to scale the training. Then I added Apps to increase practice, improve sales batting averages, and maximize downtime to increase overall ROI.

BONUS: it can be hosted anywhere from Console to Web to PC Download to LMS or even in Meta - Oculus or Rift.

Basic Sales Education Plan LMS Roadmap. In the demo below, I only clicked about 1/400 options...it is an introductory enablement plan, a primer for the entire Sales Education & Training System (SETS/METS include UA-MM Onboarding). The BE-SEP reference & practice manual is interactive online/LMS/app, BE-SETS and METS training is in full 360 like above, AR, and/or game based.

I realized the third textbook [Originally "The Selling Bible"] was confusing management training with high level sales training. So, I divided it into two books. One for pro salespeople - now Book 3 in the Selling Retail series, the other a "Manager's Edition."

Clarifying each stakeholder allowed for more targeted training. I then created online interactives for managers to guide them through mentoring Selling Retail 3©! Plus a print hardcover - like a teacher's edition! It includes pacing guides, supplemental downtime activities, and more. This is just one of the stops in "The Roadmap" as teams travel down their Road to Selling Success. The "Company-Wide Systems" are also leveled - from basic to advanced. This allows tiered buy-in: as teams understand more, the systems scale in comprehensiveness. The stakeholders each have their own version of The Roadmap with their targeted courses, resources & tools.

BONUS: I created this system to scale & adapt to any enablement need, for any company - whether B2B, Cloud based, or brick & mortar retail chain - with any custom content!
